The moment I met you (Chapter 194)

   By Nightengale Ben-Onyeukwu

Michael looked straight into the eyes of Chioma who was sitting across from him. ‘Do you think I will allow anyone bully my girlfriend?’

‘Actually, I’m not worthy of you.’

Michael smiled but didn’t say a word.

Meanwhile at Diamond Gardens belonging to Nicholas and his family, Felix climbed out of the pool after a long swim. Celine, who just walked to the swimming pool, passed over a white towel as she unwrapped her strawberry lollipop.

Celine was dressed in a floral shirtdress, brown pumps and hair let loose. She was looking grand.

‘Don’t you want to see a movie with us?’

‘I won’t go. I’m too old for that. Go ahead with Audrey.’Felix waved her to leave. ‘So childish.’

‘Childish? Big brother, did you know that Chioma is going?’

‘Chioma is going as well?’Felix suddenly felt interested to go.

‘Not only is Chioma going but big brother Michael is going as well.’

Felix chuckled. ‘Michael is having a candlelit dinner date with his girl friend. Do you think you can pull me out just like that?’Felix immediately lost his interest when he discovered Celine was only guessing. ‘Ask your boyfriend to go. I’m sure he wouldn’t mind you rip him off.’
‘Audrey didn’t get him a ticket.’

‘But you can bring anyone to the movie theatre, without tickets…our Njemanze family is so rich that we don’t need tickets or invites because we can step into anywhere we want. We could even enter US white house with our face…that’s the proof of real status. So, for us to buy tickets is just to donate charity.’
