When Audrey entered Diamond Gardens, she could see through the car window that all the lights in the luxurious white mansion were switched on. She felt that perhaps her siblings and parents are all around. Audrey didn’t drive into the garage but instead stopped in front of the door. He handed the car keys to one of the servants to drive the car into the garage. Pushing the door open, she saw Celine eating vanilla ice cream while leisurely sitting on the living room sofa. She was wearing striped shorts with a matching striped blazer.
Celine sighed when she saw Audrey walking towards her with the corners
of her natural pink lips glowing with the freshest evening smile.
‘You must have gotten Daniel to be your escort, did he agree? Is that
why your face is glowing like a child that won a poker game?
Audrey
didn’t reply back like usual, instead, her face pulled into an attractive
smile.
Felix who was
coming downstairs wearing a casual outfit noticed the radiating smile that seem
abnormal to him, and he walked over and pulled Audrey’s hand and softly asked,
‘Aside from being your escort, did you ask him to be your boyfriend?’
‘I
didn’t.’
‘That’s
impossible; did you do something to show him you were in love with him?’
‘Big brother will you stop it!’Audrey
was pissed from embarrassment.
‘Okay,
okay, I know you didn’t do anything out of line. I was only trying to tease
you.’
Audrey
frowned. ‘But your expression says that you don’t believe me,’Audrey said sadly
when she saw Felix’s straight face.
‘Big
brother Felix, Audrey even shopped for him,’Celine chuckled, glancing at the
shopping bags Audrey was carrying.
‘Yeah,
I had to shop for him. Instead of going home straight I entered a shopping
mall, roamed around in the mall for a bit before getting a random suit for
Daniel…What’s wrong with that?’
