‘Can you bring her along?’
‘Who?’ Felix asked, glancing around.
Celine leaned out and waved at Chioma.
‘I will board a taxi. You guys go ahead.’
At this moment, Felix turned around. Chioma couldn’t believe her eyes when she saw him. He had almost the same features as Michael. He was tall, handsome, and had an outstanding charisma. The same god-like features like Michael. Looking at his fashion and attire, Chioma deduced at once that the man was an elite aristocrat.
He frowned slightly when he saw her looking at him like he knew who he was. Celine stepped out of the car.
‘Big brother, Audrey wanted her to pick me from school because she was busy, ‘Celine explained. She turned to Chioma. ‘This is my big brother, Felix… mind riding with us?’
‘I will be fine boarding a taxi,’ Chioma said with a smile.
‘Suit you,’ Celine said and went back to the car.
Felix stared at her for a moment before he coldly turned around and wordlessly drove away.
Can it be that… they are related? Was this a set up from Audrey? What was she up to? Chioma thought as she turned away. She had boarded a taxi to head back to Star Restaurant when her phone began to ring.
‘Someone picked your sister from school. A young man in a white flashy sports car,’ Chioma said to Audrey on the phone.
‘Yeah, my sister told me just now. That’s my elder brother.’
‘I get it,’ Chioma said and hung up.
