The moment I met you (Chapter 242)

  By Nightengale Ben-Onyeukwu

Just as Felix had said, Chioma saw him outside with his back against a red Ferrari, holding a fountain pen in his graceful hand. He must have brought a few documents over which he signed in his car, Chioma thought as she walked over to this handsome man whose voice was magnetic and pleasing to the ear.

‘F…Felix, what are you doing here? How did you get to know my house? Who gave you the address?’Chioma asked swiftly.

Felix lifted his head. Smiling, he asked gently, ‘Which should I answer first?’ He looked at her without blinking.

‘My name sound sweeter when you call it.’

Chioma blushed, lowereing her head, she said, ‘I’m sorry.’

‘Why are you sorry? I love to hear my name from you. Do it more often.’

Chioma nodded without saying a word.

‘Call my name again…’Felix said with a smile.

‘Huh?’Choma looked up.

‘I want to hear my name from your sweet mouth.’

Chioma was stunned. ‘I…I…’ How could she countlessly say his name? Did he come here just to have her call his name? Thinking about this, Chioma wanted to head back inside. She felt that he was crazy.

‘I’m not crazy.’ Felix answered her thought, a haughty smile tugging at the corner of his lips.

‘Then why are you asking me to repeatedly say your name?’

‘Because my name sounds sweet when you say it, okay?’

‘I feel sleepy…’ Chioma yawned, thinking Felix would look upon her with pity and ask her to go back inside. But no, he seemed determined to hear his name from her mouth.

Felix’s eyes sparkled as he gazed deeply into her eyes. He then said gently but seriously, ‘Chioma, only when you say my name will I let you go.’
